Hagit Badash, MBA

Hagit Badash was born in Israel on 7/7/1968. Hagit holds more that 20 years of experience in the Hi-Tech industry. The majority of her career has been spent developing software and looking for innovative ways to increase productivity with computer technology. Hagit launched her career in the Israeli IDF, later moving to large companies in the Hi-Tech industry where she developed and managed the development of sophisticated graphic systems. Hagit holds a Bs.c. in computer science and Economic from Tel Aviv University and MBA from Hariott-Watt University.

In 1986 Hagit graduated from the IDF School of Computer Science (Mamram).

During the years of 1987 – 1991 she served in the IDF and developed a Software System in Tadiran Ltd. The work on this project included system analysis, software development and implementation of the system in the customer site, testing and maintenance.

After her service she joined Nalisoft Ltd. in 1992 as a Senior Software Developer. In the period until 1994 she also studied and completed her degree in the Tel-Aviv University achieving B.S.c in Computer Sciences and Economics. Hagit taught computer science in the school of gifted children.

During the years of 1994 – 1999 Hagit worked at Octel Communications Ltd. (later purchased by Lucent Technologies Ltd.) started as a Senior Software Engineer and later was promoted to be the Software development Team leader in the project. She developed an advanced project using the high end technology in computer science.

In the period between 1999 – 2001 Hagit joined a large development program in Elron Telesoft Ltd. (NCC, later purchased by Elbit Systems Ltd.). She was the Software Development Manger, managing 3 teams of about 12 developers and software engineers. The project was developed under tough schedule constrains for the IDF and with OOD technology and ISO-9000. In this project she met Iris Gayer where their business relationship and friendship started.

In the years of 2002 and until now, Hagit worked in a leading company as Software Team Manager and a Chief Software Architect. She was responsible for the system analysis and product architecture development. In addition she was responsible for training the software team and for implementing changes in the software development methodologies and working procedures.

In 2002, Hagit and Iris developed a database for the field of Aromatherapy. This product helps choose the correct essential oils based on the user input of symptoms, the user can make different queries and print reports for the different oils and their use or the different symptoms and the oils which can help in the therapy.

In 2006, Hagit studied IIPA Iridology class Level I & II at the Gayer College in Israel.
